Stakeholder Feedback

Jan de schynkel Arts and Culture Manager at Ealing Council

“I can see that many people would be interested in that. A lot of people want to reach more diverse communities. The status quo is not acceptable or possible anymore really because we live in such a wonderfully diverse society. Some institutions, particularly in the art world still are still not there, they are on the journey. So if you have a formula, project  or tool that can help them reach those communities I am sure a lot of people will welcome that.”

“There is no doubt that it is really valuable, That you have got some really interesting artifacts. There is clearly a connection with food that brings us together through food in so many different ways from all sorts of different groups. An understanding of the community that you have infiltrated and real people who are really engaged, brings it alive. I think it is a really rich project and the subject is spot on and relevant for today on the whole emphasis on appreciating and respecting other cultures. Food is such a basic part of a culture and such a great way of sharing, it ticks so many boxes.”

“I looked at the Model. I thought you had it all set out right”.
