What is a Learning Log

I am juggling so many balls for my project and most of them are up in the air. I felt the need for clarity on what exactly my learning log should contain. I found this document to be incredibly useful.

I picked up on doing a table and charting my actions and their outcomes. I like the idea of a little table at the end of every exploration showing my learnings and reflections.

I will try to get some form into my work now as I have not been consistent with my work and need to go back and document everything (as much as I can).
