Spice book chefs comparison - PESTLE analysis

I looked at chefs that were firing from a similar point as my own. I found that our stories were very similar:

  • Grew up around food

  • being taught by mum/father/grandmother

  • memories and stories with family

What I found was that they focussed on just one (Asian) cuisine.

My interest are different:

  • I want to know about the other cultures around me in my area;

  • I want to gather their unique stories;

  • From these stories - analyse similarities;

  • But primarily celebrate the differences and share their stories;

  • bring these cultures together;

  • then create an environment where there is sharing.

This is where I thought of

“The Art of Spice”.
