Spice book chefs comparison - PESTLE analysis
I looked at chefs that were firing from a similar point as my own. I found that our stories were very similar:
Grew up around food
being taught by mum/father/grandmother
memories and stories with family
What I found was that they focussed on just one (Asian) cuisine.
My interest are different:
I want to know about the other cultures around me in my area;
I want to gather their unique stories;
From these stories - analyse similarities;
But primarily celebrate the differences and share their stories;
bring these cultures together;
then create an environment where there is sharing.
