Social media and food
Having done my research to date and experiencing lockdown I felt that huge changes have taken place in food sharing. Food sharing has taken off hugely via social media. Even celebrity chefs and journalists are creating recipes that are adapted to the current confines.
I wonder if my previous exploration is now outdated?
I can see narratives being lived in live-time. Its a global occurrence.
Has this flattened world food culture so that it has amalgamated into one?
The defining boundaries has created the fusion of cuisines.
