Feedback and responses with Elizabeth - 8/9/20

Elizabeths feedback is in the notes below. This session was really helpful in helping me to move to my next stage. I got reassurance that the Model I had devised was a great direction. She gave me food for thought about how I could improve on the model. so, instead of there being a start and end what happens at that gap. Could that be a point of crossover or link?

This played on my mind so I set about developing my model. It took about 2 weeks working on this model everyday to get to a point where I was happy.

I wanted to make that point where the cycle closes, significant. It was a crucial crossover point - quite literally.

The participant having gone through the circle would have reached this point armed with experience and the valuable knowledge of the conversations process.

The purpose of this Model at that point would be where the participant is tasked to go away and use this experience to put someone else through the Model loop. Therefore creating a continuous process - Link !!! Which is exactly the deep intention of my research - To inspire and make happen cultural sharing through food stories.

Having done lots of reading/research over the last couple of months. I found that my learnings helped support the work of The British Council, Mayor of London and the Soft Power study. All these institutions recognised the importance of cultural harmony as a valuable asset to a countries political standing internationally.

With the research complete I am now ready to take my Model and go test it and use it to gather ‘Food stories’.
